    Great job, Makira, I was singing along as I read your blog post, LOL.

    I read the book when I was in primary school. Although, Candy Man song didn’t appear in the book – it was written for the movie by Bricusse & Newley. I’m old enough to remember the original movie, and I also enjoyed the Johnnie Depp version too 🙂

    • excellent guess. I just couldn’t resist this song when I decided to do candy as a theme this month. Honestly, I cannot decide who I prefer as Willy Wonka: Johnny Depp or Gene Wilder?
